Awareness of the speed of your thinking is utterly powerful.

That’s one of the things I love about this testimonial.

I really felt like Clare listened. She is so relaxed and calm, it really felt like it rubbed off on me. Clare helped me to become aware of how I was going at full speed, and this helped me to slow down. She also guided me to feel okay about looking after myself rather than feeling guilt about it.

Working with Clare has made a difference. I do feel like I can slow down and be more relaxed. I know it sounds a cliche, but I do feel a lot calmer about things.

As this wonderful lady gained some awareness of the speed of her thinking it just naturally slowed down.

It’s all in the noticing.

In the car, we all accidentally speed up sometimes don’t we but, when we notice, we mostly tend to slow down.

The thing about our thinking is that we might not have noticed.

That’s mainly what I help people to do; to notice their thinking and the feelings that brings about.

It’s a big part of what happens in connect to calm (click below for more info)

If you take a moment, I know you know what fast thinking feels like and how useful it tends to be.

It feels rough and it tends to be pretty hopeless as a tool to navigate through life.

All it takes is to notice that.

Notice what happens when you do.

IT S-L-O-W-S right down – naturally.

I hope you are doing that right now.
