How to stop procrastinating tips and tricks emerged from a poll I did recently.
I love how people have found thigs that work for them.
Please note the most important part of that sentence, ‘works for them’.
Because that can be the problem with our own search for how to stop procrastinating tips and tricks.
We end up down a rabbit hole of someone else’s way of doing things.
This is how I see this world of self-development
Someone has a problem
They find a solution
They are excited and share it as THE ANSWER!
You and I buy in to that.
Perhaps the thing works for a while.
Perhaps we have to keep doing it again and again for it to work.
Perhaps it doesn’t work at all.
That can make us feel stuck. Like we are more broken than the person the tip or trick worked just fine for.
So we search for the next thing and the next!
I did that for years … it was exhausting.
I don’t want you to do that but that is the joy of being coached by me.
I WILL NOT TELL YOU TO DO ANYTHING!
I WILL NOT GIVE YOU MY SOLUTON!
In fact I will not really give you those how to stop procrastinating tips.
I will help you to reveal your own answers to help you get things done.
I will help you to understand a simple philosophy about what underpins procrastination and every other aspect of human behaviour.
Once you’ve got this, many things, including procrastination will just fall away.
